I have been on my own for a long time – looking after my mother, who died recently. Although I work full time, I now definitely need to get a life.
I like shopping, eating and watching tv. I read a fair bit. My most recent reads are a romance novel, Blood Sweat and Tea by Tom Reynolds (a blog about a paramedic – I like reading blogs) A Life Backwards by Alexander Masters and Samuel Pepys by Claire Tomalin, and that just about sums me up. You may be surprised to know that I won a guess the correct number of jellybeans in the jar competition in primary school and also a colouring in competition in the same era.
