I suck at these things...well, my name is Katharine but most call me Kit. My Dad persists in calling me KP Nuts though. Cause my surname begins with a P. Get it? K-P? Anyway, I'm a natural blonde but just letting the last round of red hair dye fade out...I have gray-blue eyes, the colour of the sky on a really rainy day, and I love hedgehogs. I'm scared of daddy-long legs but love spiders, and I hate birds but love muesli. I blade and skate occassionally (a throwback from my misspent youth), and cliche as it is, I'm afraid I do like the rain. Only so long as I'm warm though. I'm sorry but I don't reply to messages if you have no picture on your profile. Oh, and I might JUST have the most eclectic music collection you ever came across...

About me
- Where I liveI live in the dodgy end of a nice town. Most people know the boy's school up on the hill (that expelled Churchill) and Harrow is also the home of Kate Nash and Scouting for Girls. It's a nice area really, and when I walk around at night (which I seem to do a lot) I'll normally head for the hill.
- Do you want to stay there?To be honest, no. Harrow is the kind of place that I'd love to settle in if I hadn't grown up here. I definitely want to travel for a while, most likely Europe, and I'll probably settle in Rome or somewhere similar. Maybe a bigger city though. I'm definitely a city girl at heart.
- What is your occupation?I'm a student of European Literature. It's pretty kickass.
- What have you done so far?Um, A-Levels, violin, harp and piano playing, GCSEs, the usual stuff really. Oh! My biggest acheivement to date is that I can tie a cherry stalk in a knot with my tongue.
- What are your future plans?My plans involve a LOT of travel. Basically winging it across the continent.
- Your perfect partnerOh gawd. My perfect partner would be someone I could go out with and have a laugh with and just happen to know that we're stumbling home together. Someone who makes me feel good about myself and for whom I can return the favour. Someone who I can argue with and know it doesn't mean the end of the world; just that we're comfortable enough with eachother to disagree. I'm not really interested in relationships until I meet one 'wow' person; I'm happy to meet new people and go with the flow, really.

- What are you interests/hobbies?I'm an Art obsessive; not with drawing it, with studying it. Michelangelo=GOD. I'm up for anything new; rollerblading I love although I'm not very good at it. I read quite a lot, keep a diary and stuff. I'm pretty sociable and just as happy at a local with a few well-loved people as I am out in my partay shoes.
- MusicI listen to pretty much anything and everything; the only genres I wouldn't consider myself well versed on are hip hop and reggae and their ilk. I was in an orchestra for ten years so I love Classical music, loads of obscure stuff, general indie, rock and emo as well as 90's pop. Anything that catches my ear gets downloaded.
- Your fav tv seriesThe best ever programme to watch with a partner is the Jeremy Kyle show. I love debate and arguments and it's just fun watching people get so wound up and seeing if they can do the same to me :-D
- Your fav books/authorsIt's not at all important that my partner reads the same books, but reading in general is good. Anything that can be discussed.
- What sort of movies do you like?I'd love for a guy to watch all my beloved crappy romcoms with me, and I'm also a big fan of slasher films. I'm not so hot on the really boring 'man' films, anything involving cars or spies will have me bored within minutes.
- Types of people you like?I love a laid-back attitude, because I tend to get wound up by little things so I like a calming influence. As I mentioned before I'd like someone who's not afraid of debate, because I've been told I come across as pretty abrupt when really I'm just trying to open up a discussion.
- What kind of people do you find attractive? I have to be honest, height is a big thing for me (hooray for puns), because I'm pretty tall for a girl and I also love my high heels. I'm 5ft9 or so, so 6ft or above is good, 6ft3 or above is preferable. Stockiness is also good, I don't mind so much whether it's muscle or just a few extra pounds, just because I steal shirts and don't want them to be a tight fit on me and baggy on a bloke. How depressing.
- FoodI love cooking with a passion, but guys cooking doesn't really do it for me. I'm happy with cheap and cheerful places; I love pizza so Dominos is like my best friend. Otherwise anything home cooked; lasagne, general pasta, roast dinners, steak. All of which I cook, because I'm just that cool. :-)
- DrinksI don't live to drink but if the occasion arises I'll be right in there :-) mostly it's spirits and mixers (current favourite: vodka and pineapple) or just stuff that I make up. Honestly, I don't drink that much, not through any prejudice but just because I don't really do the events that call for me to get totally off my face.

My attitude
- Family lifeI'd like to get married some day waaaaaaaaaaay in the future, in theory. I'm happiest in a stable relationship but I think that friends are the family that you choose and I would walk to the ends of the earth for mine. I'd like to adopt kids some day (because I remain fully unconvinced by the whole childbirth thing), ideally three boys and a girl, but I wouldn't do that without having someone I wanted to spend my life with first, someone who even if we disagreed we'd come to a compromise.
- MoneyMoney isn't a huge thing but I'd like to be comfortable in life; enough to travel regularly and keep myself in shoes. So actually, I should probably start earning more...
- PoliticsI find the fact that I have a hand in political destiny thoroughly alarming. I have no clue and intend to remain that way. Yup, I'm ignorant and blissful ^^
